The Torrejón City Council launches a new communication channel with residents that will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week thanks to 1MillionBot, modernizing citizen service.

The new intelligent assistant allows you to answer the most common questions that residents ask, such as those related to registration, direct debit of taxes, the environment or tourist and cultural events. In addition, it indicates the documentation that is required to carry out the requested procedure or directs to the section of the web where more information on the subject in which the neighbor is interested can be found.

The chatbot is constantly updated to give an increasingly precise response to the questions and issues raised by the neighbors, as well as to expand knowledge and content. All this thanks to Artificial Intelligence supervised by municipal technicians thanks to the Dashboard developed by 1MillionBot. The 1MillionBot platform allows.

Virtual assistant
You can already find the chatbot implemented by 1Millionbot on the municipal page of the Torrejón City Council. It is an intelligent assistant or chatbot that facilitates access to online procedures and procedures, improves customer service and usability, gives an initial answer to the questions asked and helps in the search for content.

This project is launched thanks to a grant that the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council has received in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan -Financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.  

The mayor, Ignacio Vázquez, indicated that “we are launching this intelligent assistant with which we take another step to modernize the administration and citizen service. It allows the creation of a new communication channel that complements the ones we already have in the City Council, with the advantage that it can be consulted at any time and from any device. In this way, we compare ourselves to other large cities in Spain that already have this intelligent assistant ”.

For his part, the acting councilor for New Technologies and Quality, Rubén Martínez, stressed that "We want to offer new services to citizens so that they can interact electronically with the City Council, avoiding travel and saving them time in managing procedures."
