One year later, has managed to resolve 12.000 doubts for 5.500 users in conversations that have lasted 1.000 hours. Of those 12.000 queries, 81% of the queries come from Spain, 11% from South America, 6% from Europe and 2% from the rest of the world.
It is a success that marks the way forward at a time when control of face-to-face attendance prevails in universities as a measure of the current situation. Thanks to the Artificial Intelligence for Public Administration, ADA has already learned a lot in this first year, so from this second course onwards she will be able to respond more effectively to the questions of the students.
