The AOC makes available to city councils an assistant guided by the registry procedures developed by 1Millionbot.

The chatbot is integrated into eTRAM and its task is to make it easier for citizens to know what registration procedure they must carry out and thus be able to download queries from the Citizen Service Offices and promote the electronic processing of these procedures. Through a brief form, a series of circumstantial questions are asked to find out what the person's situation is and based on the answers, we propose the procedure to do or give them information.

Register procedures today generate a large volume of work for the Citizen Service Offices. Furthermore, it is often very difficult for citizens to understand the various procedures to be carried out and how to do them quickly. For this reason, from the AOC, we have launched an assistant for the registration procedures.

In addition to the assistant, this new resource also includes a section with basic information and frequently asked questions about aspects related to the municipal registry.

Some town councils such as Llagostera o Tremp, have been pioneers and already have this assistant in their electronic offices. The only requirement to have this new resource is to use the eTRAM procedures catalog and have the five registry procedures that it incorporates activated.
