La Autonomous University of Madrid has once again trusted 1MillionBot to develop a Virtual Assistant that will manage the processes of Admission and Enrollment. The company had previously collaborated with the Autonomous University of Madrid in the development of ADA, a conversational chatbot that provides a service to the University's User Service Center.

The new virtual assistant developed by 1MillionBot will aim to automate and improve the University's Admission and Enrollment processes, offering students a simpler and more comfortable user experience in their registration process. The new chatbot, like ADA, will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to attend to requests and incidents that arise in the student admission and enrollment process.

The new virtual assistant is part of the efforts that the Autonomous University of Madrid is making to modernize its computer systems and services. In fact, to publicize ADA, the University put up banners all over campus, a good practice that could be replicated with the new chatbot.

In short, this new collaboration between the Autonomous University of Madrid and 1MillionBot is another step in automating university services and improving the user experience for students.
