JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Achievement of agreed sales targets for your area of ​​responsibility.
  • Definition and execution of the sales plan for the assigned area under his responsibility.
  • Carrying out the complete sales cycle, including: arranging visits through cold-call, detection of client needs, client visits, presentation of 1Millionbot services and products, preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation, closing and follow-up of the same once the sale is made.
  • Development of strategies and action plans in the assigned verticals or sectors.
  • Information prior to business contacts.
  • Customer acquisition.
  • Business Partner Management.
  • Make periodic reports of results and forecasts of commercial activity, keeping the CRM system and the Commercial and General Management updated.
  • Participate in the different actions and commercialization and marketing campaigns.
  • Attend the fairs, national or international, that are planned, representing 1Millionbot.
  • Participation in the development of new products or services sharing the needs of the
    Target market and customers.
  • Any task assigned by the Commercial Direction of 1MillionBot.

PURPOSE AND RELEVANCE OF THE POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION

The Account Manager / Commercial Manager acts as Single Point of Contact for the clients, sector and/or geographical area assigned under his responsibility with the aim of maximizing value for the client while maximizing billing figures and margin for 1MillionBot.

Its function is key for the identification of market needs, the configuration of the portfolio of products and services and during all the relationship with the client, including production and invoicing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Account Manager acts as the Single Point of Contact and his key responsibility includes generating new business opportunities with new clients and with the portfolio of existing clients, maximizing the value received and perceived by the client and the revenue and margin of 1MillionBot.

  • Internal: Commercial Management, Operations and General Management.
  • External: Clients and Partners.

  • Great ability to manage contact networks and interpersonal relationships.
  • Extensive capacity for planning, analysis and customer monitoring.
  • Mastery of oral and written communication necessary at organizational levels of management and management.

  • Availability to travel.
  • Proactive person in providing solutions and autonomous in solving problems.
  • Endowed with empathy and ability for interpersonal relationships, both with her work team and with clients.

  • Interest in value-added products in the technology sector.
  • Knowledge of office automation package (intermediate level).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a degree in marketing, public relations, administration and business management or similar.
  • English level C1 or higher according to the European language framework.
  • Knowledge of other languages ​​will be valued.
