Ada, the first university post-covid chatbot

Ada has become a standardized response to the demand to minimize the presence of students and teachers in the post-covid era.

Ada automates this type of task to avoid both the queues that are generated in the office and the collapse of the telephone lines. In this way, it is possible to improve the efficiency of the information services of the university at the time of pre-registration and registration.

The data generated has served to detect in which areas it is more difficult for the user to find the information. For example, almost a third of the doubts were related to the master's degrees, so the project will expand in this area. Approximately 9% of the inquiries come from prospective Latin American students.

Computational linguists study these types of failed interactions to extend the chatbot with the topics that Artificial Intelligence needs to self-train.
