Lola served 4.609 students, which were mostly connected via mobile phones, carrying out 13.184 conversations and solving 38.708 doubts. Lola's final percentage of correct answers to the students' questions was 91,67%.

The complexity of natural language does not make it easy the construction of assistants or conversational chatbots that really respond satisfactorily to users. But thanks to Lab Euroresidentes and the great real user traffic it has, we have been able to test general language interactions with people of all types of social class, age, sex and nationality.

But not everything remains in the academic field: advisers to help subscribe to a newspaper, assistants in dental clinics, chatbots for internal communication in a company, financial education, restaurants, banking services, public administrations, among others.
