The nature and animal park Terra Nature Benidorm advances in its digitization strategy through the integration of a chatbot, which has been developed by the technology company 1MillionBot. In this bilingual virtual assistant that has been integrated into the park's online communication tools to promote access to information up-to-date and detailed experiences available and schedules, and facilitate the purchase of
entries in a simple, intuitive and accessible way.
El virtual assistantl will be available specifically in the park website (www.terranatura.com) and on the company's WhatsApp. With the incorporation of this new interactive tool, the aim is to reinforce the experience of
clients when planning their visit to this park, which is dedicated to the conservation and dissemination of biodiversity.
The new virtual assistant that has been designed will receive the name 'Bee' and the avatar to access it will be a bee, alluding to the conservation work that these insects carry out to maintain the balance of the ecosystems and in line with the values of sustainability and protection of biodiversity that mark the actions of Terra Nature Benidorm.
The chatbot will be available 24 hours a day in several languages, which will make it possible to extend customer service hours aimed at the international public. In addition to assisting and guiding users through the ticket purchase process, this tool will also provide information on the most frequently asked questions that the public usually asks.
