By ello, has launched a website that centralizes all the information about this collaborative social responsibility project promoted by the Alicante technology companies Dual Link and 1MillionBot.
A website to tell the way
The new website compiles all the information related to Sara. What it consists of, how and who can help, who is behind it, who can join and how to do it. Thus, This conversational virtual assistant, based on Artificial Intelligence, goes one step further by having its own independent website from those of their promoters.
It has been developed with the aim of facilitating access to this pioneering resource and multiplying its scope so that it can be useful to as many hard-working, self-employed and business people as possible.
Also, this assistant conceived in November 2020 It also incorporates all the updated information on Government aid to self-employed people on the island of La Palma. These aids are motivated by the consequences of the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano. Thanks to the Federation of Entrepreneurs of La Palma Sara is still available on her website to clarify any type of doubt in this area. Also, Sara will be updated with new information shortly.
About twenty organizations
They are already about twenty organizations that count on Sara to resolve the doubts of users. Most are found within the scope of the Valencian Community, highlighting the hospitality sector.
a year of conversation
Regarding the topics that Sara talks about the most with the users who come to her in search of answers, two stand out: Doubts related to the possibility of carrying out training courses online and general information on ERTE in a massive and effective way.
Media presence
The new website also has a section where Sara's path in the media is included. A constant presence as she has been included in organizations and institutions and that is now contained in her website.
A great team
One of Sara's differential elements is its permanent updating thanks to a team of experts who collaborate altruistically. Raquel Garcia Castellano, now on leave from work, had the original idea of Sara and created the group that is keeping Sara active and updated. The group is composed of the lawyer Cayetano Sanchez Butron, who is in charge of the teleworking block, the lawyer Tatiana Villanueva Espinosa, from the MECUIDA Plan or the labor and Social Security inspector, Carmen Maria Hernandez Cebrian, from the ERTE block.
For her part, the Director of Human Resources, Irene Pardo Married, is responsible for the Occupational Risk Prevention block related to COVD-19 and the National Federation of Self-Employed – ATA advises on information relating to this group.
At 1millionbot, the director of the Linguistic Area, raquel pomares, has been in charge of coordinating all the updates so that Sara was able to reply with updated information.
The team is complemented by Catherine Ferrero, in the communication part, Jose Amoros as content manager for Sara and Alejandro Garciain graphic design. The agency Puntual Comunicación y Marketing, also from Alicante, has been in charge of designing the website of the project that is now being released.
Origin
Sara's background is two free eBooks published by Dual Link in July and November 2020 to clarify the doubts of its clients about the extraordinary measures that had been approved, and that registered a high consultation. Given the successive changes and extensions of these measures it was decided to take a technological leap and create an intelligent assistant that would offer this information in real time.
