At 1MillionBot, we are proud to announce the implementation of two innovative virtual assistants in the Arucas City Council. These tools, developed in collaboration with Vodafone, the Department of New Technologies, Modernization and ICT and the Department of Electronic Administration and Transparency of Arucas, are designed to significantly improve the interaction between the institution and citizens through the municipal website and telephone service.

Virtual assistants, based on our advanced artificial intelligence technology, are trained to automatically respond to a variety of questions about administrative procedures, municipal services and general information. Its objective is to provide fast and accurate responses, reducing the need for human intervention and optimizing access to information.

It is important to highlight that these assistants do not replace the personalized attention provided by the City Council departments. On the contrary, they act as a complement that facilitates access to information and guides users, especially when it is difficult to find what you need among the vast offer of municipal services.

In the institutional website, the virtual assistant is located in the lower right corner, accessible with just one click. On the other hand, the telephone virtual assistant You can be contacted through the citizen service number 928628123, while the number 928628126 will continue to be available for service by human agents.

These AI tools are designed to provide information on a wide range of topics, including the Electronic Headquarters, registration procedures, certificates, prior appointments, certificates and contact information with the different municipal departments.

Our artificial intelligence system is in constant evolution, learning from each interaction with users to continually improve its responses and functionalities. This guarantees a increasingly efficient and precise experience.

This project has been possible thanks to financing from the European Union (Next Generation funds), through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain, specifically within the framework of line 1 of Citizen-oriented Administration of the component 11 I3 of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory.
