The next November 26th, the digital newspaper The Independent organizes the IV Artificial Intelligence Congress. The headquarters of the Digital District in Alicante will host different speakers, talks and startups in a unique event.
1millionbot, is once again present, twice, in an increasingly consolidated congress. Andrés Pedreño, founder and President of the company will participate in a round table and, also, throughout the day it will be possible to see the experience accumulated by 1millionbot in a start-up showcase.
Thus, with this new presence, the congress has seen how it has grown an organization that reaches it as a leader in the Community of Madrid and first in success stories in the university sector.
A new world order
This year, The objective of the event is to draw and understand the new world order that Artificial Intelligence is shaping with the increasingly evident role of China and the place where Europe is located on the map of technological leadership.
To break down all the details of this new world order, the congress has invited two main speakers. Kai Fu Lee, Chairman and CEO of Sinovation Ventures and author of “AI 2041: Ten visions for our future“. The former CEO of Google China will participate with a conference entitled AI: The Age of Implementation. The Chinese specialist also explained in another of his titles "AI superpowers" the rise of China as a world power in this sector.
Under the title: "United States: Western technology", David Carmona will talk about the other giant in contention. The General Director of AI and Innovation at Microsoft Corporation is also the author of the book “The AI organization”.
The European position
And to understand those two visions, Andres Pedreno, He is also co-author of the book: «Europe against the US and China. Prevent decline in the age of AI» and Nuria Oliver, co-founder and vice-president of ELLIS, will participate in a panel discussion on Europe's position vis-à-vis the two technological titans.
In addition, the conference will have a panel of round tables that will address different vertices where AI converge.Therefore, entrepreneurship, investment in technology or how companies use Artificial Intelligence in sectors such as tourism, climate change or health will be analyzed in this new edition.
start-up showcase
This edition ends with an interesting showcase on Artificial Intelligence. It's about un showroom that will be held throughout the day and in which an exhibition space will have been prepared for each of the participating companies. 1millionbot will be present, also this year, in a space for meeting and exchanging ideas.
