Alcoy welcomed more than 800 people at the first Smart Cities and Big Data Congress held on October 20 and 21. An event that ended successfully and where 1millionbot put into context the solutions it proposes based on conversational virtual assistants.
The strategy, as a key element to achieve continued efficiency from digitization and the improvement of effectiveness in organizations that automate repetitive tasks, were part of the ideas that Beatriz Picazo, Director of the Business Development and Marketing area of 1millionbot launched to the auditorium of L'Agora alcoyano.

This first edition of the congress was a success. In addition to the 600 people received in the three presentation sessions, the 250 who attended the business showroom, the organizers estimate almost 900 people who followed the event online.
Thus, the 'I Alcoy Smart Cities and Big Data Congress' has been organized by the Alcoy City Council, Digital District and the Alcoy Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The latter through its 'City of Knowledge' and 'Smart City Alcoy' chairs.
