La Ibero-American Chair in Cultural and Creative Industries Alejandro Roemmers (IARICC) of the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) The first phase of creation of the 'Creativa' virtual assistant, a new method of dissemination and education in the cultural and creative industries (ICC). This chatbot, hosted on the official website of the IARICC Chair, has had the technical development of the Alicante startup 1millionbot, world leader in virtual assistants in the university environment.

'Creativa' was born as the first intelligent assistant to resolve possible doubts when launching a business project within the CCIs. “What are ICCs?”, “How can I finance my entrepreneurship project at ICC?” and “What is crowdfunding?” are an example of the questions for which 'Creativa' has answers in real time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

For the director of the IARICC Chair, Antonio Verdú, this project "It is an example of entrepreneurship in cultural and creative industries to cover an existing need in education". Thanks to the joint work carried out between the Chair and 1millionbot, “we have shown that new technologies, such as this chatbot, allow knowledge to be brought anywhere. In the end we get artists and entrepreneurs to know how to manage and disseminate their work and with it, make their passion a profession for the future”, explains the director.
