This new worker of the Diputación, meets a triple objective. First, solves the doubts and needs of citizens in tax matters immediately, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At the same time manages to detect the most frequent doubts and concerns of citizens on this issue. Finally, intends to unclog other service channels.

To achieve greater efficiency in its operation, The Provincial Council Tax Management Service has initially collected the 110 most frequently asked questions made by the taxpayers, as well as their corresponding answers. Nevertheless, through daily practice, the chatbot improves the accuracy of its responses. Since it was launched on October 18, the success rate exceeds 93%.
