GEOIA
Promoting citizen communication through artificial geointelligence
Project funded by the European Union through Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI).

PROJECT SUMMARY
In an ambitious effort to transform the way citizens communicate and access services, the Digital Intelligence Center of the Province of Alicante (Cenid), 1MillionBot, the University of Alicante (UA), the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH), the Computer Technology Institute (ITI), GFT and Gente Comunicación have launched a pioneering project in the field of artificial geointelligence. This project, financed by the European Union through the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI), represents an important qualitative leap in the way technology can serve the society.
The project represents significant progress in three key areas:
- Territorial vertebration: Geointelligence allows effective management of the territory, contributing to planning and informed decision-making.
- Data integration: The unification of various data sources, both homogeneous and heterogeneous, is essential for a comprehensive and accurate vision of the environment.
- Democratization of information: In a world where the digital divide is still palpable, this initiative seeks to level the playing field, facilitating access to technology and information.
Our focus

In an effort to close the digital divide, The project also focuses on improving communication between various actors and areas of society. Through artificial geointelligence, we seek to make technology more accessible to those without prior digital knowledge. For example, the implementation of AI assistants will allow citizens to perform actions such as downloading certificates through simplified language patterns.
