A demanding jury
The demanding jury of this edition consisted of Fernando Garijo, General Manager at Grupo Marjal, Elisa Spony, who is Chief People & Change Officer Suavinex Group. From all the applications received, the jury of experts selected the ten technology-based startups or initiatives that would compete in the event: Gaddex, Growlia, JOBlink, Nivimu, PayFlow, Kulture, S4hrtech, Talenteal, TalentFY and UpGrowz. Each had the opportunity to defend your project through a five-minute pitch. Also the audience was in charge of choosing the five finalists among which the jury would finally highlight the three winners.
The winners
first prize was to s4hrtech, a revolutionary solution for the evaluation of Soft Skills in an agile, reliable and affordable way at any stage of the Human Resources life cycle. the second recognition was awarded for Nivimu. It is a comprehensive solution through an app for the 360 management of the human resources department and Big Data generation. and third he highlighted Kulture, a SaaS tool that helps companies measure the culture and happiness of each work team. To do this, analyze the compatibility of each collaborator or candidate with any work group or with the aspirational culture that you want to define.
