Jaume is the conversational assistant of the Public Employee Personnel intranet.

The company Alfatec - through Everis - entrusted 1MillionBot with a chatbot prototype that would serve to identify the methodologies and needs of the Autonomous Administration. Jaume is referred to the Ministry of Justice, Interior and Public Administration and has involved an intensive work of about four months in order to make an instrument operational that allows public administrations to size up a future ambitious project of digitalization of the entire administration through intelligent virtual assistants.

• ICT support: General topics such as corporate mail, electronic certificates, telephony, attention to the workplace. Also questions about online courses (e-training) and electronic signature holders, but in general questions about specific applications are not included.

• Heritage of the Administrative City 9 D'Octubre (CA9O): Questions related to car parks, room reservations, what to do in case of an accident or the need to evacuate, air conditioning, handling of telephone terminals, etc. At this point it is important to point out that in the future development of the Jaume it is contemplated to extend this area to other complexes and institutions, not only to the CA9O.
• Staff: Jaume is able to answer questions about permits, vacations and licenses.
