Carmen: non-stop support for interns 

Every year the ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones announces Business Internationalization Scholarships. To help those interested in the program, Carmen was born, a virtual assistant specialized in said scholarships.

Carmen is a conversational assistant who will answer frequently asked questions both from companies that want to participate in the program and from the interns themselves. The chatbot addresses, among others, issues related to:
