The conversation about Artificial Intelligence and chatbots has only just begun and there are already many platforms where we can reflect together. 1MillionBot has become, on its own merits, a quality interlocutor in this debate.

Celia Sánchez, CEO of 1MillionBot, has participated in the latest edition of the podcast 'This is what AI'. A consulting program LLYC that seeks to draw the current state of Artificial Intelligence. In his intervention, Sánchez makes it clear, from the beginning, that a virtual assistant “is not a panacea, it is not magic; it is a connector, it is open and active listening”.

Thanks to 1MillionBot's experience creating intelligent conversational assistants, chatbots offer a listening process where, according to Sánchez, "what surprises the most in the customer experience is the empathy of the virtual assistant." Thus, he concludes: "the key is to connect with what we do in companies and, furthermore, connect it with what already exists within the organization".

More than just cutting costs

In the debate on the real usefulness of chatbots for companies, Celia Sánchez points out that, in addition to the empathy generated, "one of the advantages of virtual assistants is that the quality of the information you receive from your users is enormous and very rich". This valuable information allows customers, according to Sánchez, "to recognize product failures, detect needs and even generate disruptive models." In this context, Sánchez affirms that clients who approach 1MillionBot do so with three main objectives: "Increase sales, reduce costs and improve customer experience"

The CEO of 1MillionBot has shared a virtual space with Pedro López. In relation to the objectives of the companies that a virtual assistant must meet, the person in charge of Digital Experience of Everis América assures that “the main mistake when using a virtual assistant is to see it only to reduce costs”.

López insists that "there must always be a mix between human intelligence and artificial intelligence." In this idea, Celia Sánchez recognizes that "it is human work and a good team of linguists who achieve the empathy of the virtual assistant and help to meet the objectives of a company."

New episode of 'This is what AI'

Celia Sánchez has been the guest, together with Pedro López, in the third episode of 'This is what AI', a monthly podcast made by the LLYC consultancy to reflect on and report on the Artificial Intelligence sector. In this latest episode, which you can listen to in its entirety, here, have tried to answer the question: What is the state of the art in the field of virtual assistants? Directed by Adolfo Corujo, LLYC partner and leader of the Deep Digital Business team at the consultancy, this latest episode also addresses the relationship of boys and girls with smart speakers and reviews virtual assistants in popular culture.
