- ADA is a conversational chatbot that developed by 1MillionBot provides coverage to the User Service Center (CAU) of the UAM in terms of customer service for requests and incidents of the University's computer services.
– ADA helps the University Community of UAM 24 hours / 365 days a year and to make them known the University has displayed Ada posters throughout the campus. A good practice to publicize the service.
The User Service Center is the one-stop shop for Information Technology (IT) where any member of the university community must resort to make a query or request to IT.
The CAU's mission is to facilitate the use of information technology and communications for all personnel related to the UAM, especially in the field of personal information technology and network services.
