We are very pleased to have created two new smart assistants for Salou City Council, which have been facilitating citizen service for over two months now. With this project, we seek to improve access to public services, using advanced technology so that residents and tourists can resolve their queries quickly and easily.
In the case of Salou, we have developed virtual assistants with artificial intelligence that allow citizens to easily access important information through WhatsApp. The assistants, available at the following numbers: +34664292456 y +34664292458, offer details on municipal procedures, local activities, tourist services and much more, providing a useful tool for residents and visitors of the city.
Available since July 7, the assistants have answered more than 3000 queries from around 1300 users, with a combined success rate of 93%.
Our natural language processing technology allows users to easily interact with assistants and obtain information on a wide range of topics, such as travel planning, electronic procedures, activity calendars and local services. This ease of use reflects our goal of removing barriers and ensuring that citizens can obtain fast and effective answers to their needs.
The project represents a firm step towards the digital transformation of the municipality of Salou.
