Our colleagues Pablo Navarro and Rafael González gave a workshop yesterday at Lab Nucía on the creation of conversational assistants, aimed specifically at entrepreneurs looking to explore and adopt these innovative applications to boost digital transformation in their companies.

This training event was organised by Fempa's Acelera PYME Office, in collaboration with Anban, Lab Nucía and the La Nucía Town Hall. It also had the support and collaboration of the European Union and red.es, the organisation dependent on the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain.

During the session, a thorough explanation was given on how implementing AI-powered conversational assistants can be a powerful tool to understand the intent behind customer requests. The importance of keeping a detailed record of conversation history was also highlighted, which facilitates smoother interaction and responsiveness that mimics human interaction in an almost natural way.

The workshop included a comprehensive demonstration and analysis of some of the more than one hundred conversational assistants that 1MillionBot has developed to date for different sectors. These assistants range from public administration, including government ministries, regional governments, city councils and provincial councils, to the academic field with more than 30 cases in universities, and the private sector, which includes media, real estate, insurance and others. The training provided a clear and practical vision of how these systems can be effectively applied in various contexts to improve efficiency and interaction with users.
