1millionbot is the first ranked on the list that the Community of Madrid has developed with selected providers of Virtual Assistants and Dialogue Systems to offer digital innovation solutions. This list is part of the Framework Agreement that constitutes the recently created Digital Factory for the digital transformation of the Administration of the Community of Madrid.
It includes a total of 35 organizations, among them, national and international industry leaders. “It is a great recognition to our entire team for their work, knowledge and innovative spirit”, ensures Celia Sanchez, CEO of 1millionbot. In total, 213 companies have participated in the Digital Factory approval process.

Digital Factory
Digital Factory is a new space for collaboration between the public and private sectors for digital transformation created in January 2021 by the Community of Madrid within Madrid Digital. This project was born as a fundamental lever to promote the new innovation center Digitize Madrid.
Digital Factory is in the middle of the development process. Once the Framework Agreement has been awarded and the approved classification of the selected suppliers in the different categories and fields of action has been approved, the next step is the invitation of the suppliers to the different contracts based on their classification. The last step will be the final award of that contract to one of the invited suppliers. This project has a budget of 38,7 million euros to be executed in 24 months.
