From 30 from June to 3 from July, Etopia Center of Art and Technology of Zaragoza celebrates a new edition of Hybrid Knowledge, a forum on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Society. According to its organizers, this meeting seeks to create a framework for meeting, experimentation and training of different groups.

For four days, Zaragoza will be the place where students, researchers, artists, teachers, activists, journalists and organizations will meet, including 1millionbot, interested in the hybridization between humanities, science and technology.

Thus, under the title Hybrid Knowledge, four complementary modules have been established: Ethics and Humanities, Digital City/Smartcities, Education e Industry. The objective is offer a comprehensive view and multidisciplinary approach to the complex scenario posed by Coexistence with Artificial Intelligence on a day-to-day basis.

The cities of the future

1millionbot participates the next Friday 2 July within the Digital City/Smartcities module. The opening ceremony of the day will be carried out by Carmen Artigas, Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence, Daniel Sarasa, Director of the Zaragoza City of Knowledge Foundation and Richard Benjamins Co-founder and Vice President of OdiseIA.

Afterwards, the round table will open 'AI in Spanish cities' in moderation John Murillo, urban engineer and director of the area of ​​sustainability and smart cities at OdiseIA.

The engineer and commercial director of 1millionbot, Diego Garcia de Paredes Sempere, will talk about the Conversational AI at the service of citizens thanks to the chatbots developed by the company for Murcia and Las Rozas. In addition, he will be accompanied by José Gómez Castaño. Vice President at Inspide and for Sergio Garcia Perez, data scientist at 300.000 km/s.

Later, there will be a second part of this table on the AI in the city environment. The day, dedicated to smartcities, will conclude with a round table on 'Global Cities for Digital Rights' where representatives of cities such as New York, Amsterdam or London will be.
